Fall & Winter Home Invaders

This service is NOT GUARANTEED. These home invaders find tiny openings in your home, such as cracks in your siding, gaps in your eaves, or crevices in your trim. They enter to escape the rapidly dropping temperatures of September and October. These pests will hibernate in the void spaces of your home until late winter or early spring when they reemerge seeking a warm place to go — inside your home! Per NYS Law, pesticides cannot be reapplied within 7 days of original treatment.

Details about our Fall & Winter Home Invader Service:

  • This service will help prevent these pests from entering your home.
  • YOU MAY STILL SEE THESE PESTS ON THE EXTERIOR OF YOUR HOME.
  • If you see more than a few bugs in your home after the service, please call our office to set up an interior crack & crevice treatment.
    * All people and pets must be out of home for 2 hours for interior crack & crevice treatment
  • Additional structures are NOT included in the standard service. Additional structures may be added at an additional charge.
  • Window cleaning may be necessary after our service.
  • Painting, staining, or pressure washing your home after service will remove the pesticide making it ineffective.
  • Standard service applies to homes under 3,000 square feet. Larger homes, commercial buildings, and apartment complexes will require an estimate.
