This service is GUARANTEED until the first snowfall. If new nests or webs form on the exterior of your home, or ants populate in your landscaping, we will return and treat them at no additional charge. Per NYS Law, pesticides cannot be reapplied within 7 days of original treatment.
Targeted Pests:
Existing honeybees and ground bees are NOT covered by the All-Exterior Service.
Existing wasp, yellow jacket, hornet, or carpenter bee nests on areas being treated are included with this service up to August 1st.
Details about our Bee, Ant, and Spider Exterior Service:
Bee, Ant, and Spider Exterior Service will not prevent bees from flying through your yard.
Swing sets, mailboxes, basketball hoops, above ground pool perimeters, sheds, barns, etc. will be treated and guaranteed UPON REQUEST.

Trees, shrubs, and lawns are NOT GUARANTEED for wasps, yellow jackets, hornets, honeybees, or spiders.
Window cleaning may be necessary after our service.
Painting, staining, or pressure washing your home after service will remove the pesticide making it ineffective-voiding your guarantee.
Standard service applies to homes under 3,000 square feet. Larger homes, commercial buildings, and apartment complexes will require an estimate.

Where do you spray/treat?
This is an All-Exterior Treatment where we are spraying in areas that bees and spiders like to nest/build. These are areas that are out of the elements. Common areas include eaves, soffits, fascia, and around windows & doors. Spray and/or granular will be used 6-8 feet around the foundation to help with ants and spiders.

Do I need to be home?
No one needs to be home as this is all exterior. However, if interior treatment is requested someone will need to be home.
What if it is raining on the day my service is scheduled?
- We can spray before it rains.
- We can spray after it rains.
- We CANNOT spray while it is raining.
- We CANNOT spray during heavy wind (at the discretion of the Technician).
If the service cannot be completed for any reason our office will text or call you to reschedule.
Is it safe for my pets?
Once the product is dry (generally 30 mins to 2 hrs.) it is safe for pets.
