This service is GUARANTEED until the first snowfall. If spiders begin to form webs on your home, we will return and treat the problem areas at no additional charge. Per NYS Law, pesticides cannot be reapplied within 7 days of original treatment.

Details about our Spider Exterior Prevention Program:

  • Web Removal: Our technicians do not remove existing webs:

    • Prior to spraying-remove webs with a broom or pressure wash your home
    • After initial service or reservice- remove webs with a broom
      * Pressure washing after spraying will void your GUARANTEE!

  • The preventative helps deter spiders from building webs on your home.

  • Trees, shrubs, and lawns are NOT GUARANTEED.

  • Boat Houses/Docks: We cannot spray anywhere that pesticide may fall into water. If requested, the Technician will treat structures near water to the extent possible.

  • Window cleaning may be necessary after our service.
  • Painting, staining, or pressure washing your home after service will remove the pesticide making it ineffective-voiding your guarantee.
  • Standard service applies to homes under 3,000 square feet. Larger homes, commercial buildings, and apartment complexes will require an estimate.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Where do you spray/treat?

    This treatment is all exterior. Our Technician will apply insecticide to areas that spiders like to hide. Some of the most common areas include eaves, soffits, fascia, gutters, around windows & doors, decks, stairs, retaining walls adjacent to the home or business, and other areas we identify.

    * Interior treatments available upon request, additional costs will apply

  • Do I need to be home?

    No one needs to be home as this is all exterior. However, if interior treatment is requested someone will need to be home.

  • What if it is raining on the day my service is scheduled?

    • We can spray before it rains.
    • We can spray after it rains.
    • We CANNOT spray while it is raining.
    • We CANNOT spray during heavy wind (at the discretion of the Technician).
    If the service cannot be completed for any reason our office will text or call you to reschedule.
  • Is it safe for my pets?

    Once the product is dry (generally 30 mins to 2 hrs.) it is safe for pets.
